I have built multiple communications programs, managed budgets, and shepherded an organization through a leadership transition focused on improving organizational culture and morale. My passion for social, racial, and environmental justice motivates my personal goal of pushing North Carolina to live up to its motto - Esse Quam Videri - which means "to be rather than to seem."
